About this site

This site is published by Kathryn Casey, doing business as Round Rock Rubies, a small, home-based breeder of red Standard Poodles in Round Rock, Texas. The site exists to share information about our dogs, our practices, and the puppies we have available, and to receive adoption enquiries from prospective families.

No offer, no guarantee of placement

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell a puppy. A placement is only final when we and the adopting family have signed the written adoption contract and the deposit and final payment terms have been met. We reserve the right to decline any application for any lawful reason, at any stage, in the interest of the dog.

Accuracy of information

We try hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, including litter availability, pricing, and descriptions of individual dogs. Even so, mistakes happen and things change. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracy and to change pricing or availability at any time.

Submissions by you

When you send us an application, email, or message, you confirm that the information you are providing about yourself and your household is truthful. Do not send us anything confidential or sensitive that you are not comfortable sharing with a small breeder; treat our correspondence like any other private email.

Photos and written content

All photography, illustration, and written content on this site is the property of Round Rock Rubies unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to link to our pages and to share them with friends and family. Please do not copy, repost, or use our photos or text on other commercial sites without permission.

Third-party links

From time to time we may link to outside resources — veterinarians, registries, educational pages — that we find helpful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Round Rock Rubies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations under a signed adoption contract or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
